Located in the heart of Bharatpur, the Ganga Mandir is one of Rajasthan's most stunning temples, housing a magnificent white marble deity of Ganga Maharaj. This temple is just 43km from Bandh Baretha. Construction of the temple began in the mid-19th century under Maharaja Balwant Singh, who uniquely requested that all wealthy city residents donate one month's salary to fund its creation. The temple's architecture is distinctive, featuring the unique almond-colored Bansi Pahadpur stone. Additionally, the temple's gong is renowned for its resonance, which can be heard from a considerable distance.
